Where I am supposed to pick up my rental car?

Then you will see all our offices available in the particular location. As soon as you choose the place of car pick up you can click at selected car picture in order to check the exact address of the local office. When your reservation is confirmed by the local agency we sent the rental confirmation voucher to your e-mail address. On the voucher, you will find all necessary information regarding your pick up a location. Like the exact address and telephone number. In case that you cannot find the local rental car office on arrival, please call the number provided on the voucher.
Is it possible to pick up my car late at night?
Some of the companies work after opening hours in order to provide you with the best service. Processing with your booking you will be asked to choose your pick-up time at the website. As long as you can see the green button BOOK NOW it means you are able to pick up your car at the indicated time. Please, be advised that some of the rental car agencies may apply an extra charge for out f hour service. You will find it in the terms and conditions. In order to check opening hours of selected rental car agency, you can click on the car picture. You will see easily the opening hours for the most agencies.
Is the insurance included in the rental price?
Please, note that usually full insurance will not be included in the rental rate. The type of insurance which is included in your rental rate depends on your residence country, the location where you are renting and on the local car rental supplier. We strongly recommend entering terms and conditions for the selected location and car rental agency and read them carefully in order to learn which type of insurance is included in the rental rate. For how long I need to hold my drivers license in order to rent a car in Adelaide?
The most suppliers require a valid drivers license for at least one year. Some agencies can ask you to provide a drivers license which is valid for more, for instance, two or even three years. We always strongly recommend our clients to see the terms and conditions for selected agency and car and read them carefully. At the time of rental, your driver license needs to have the required time of validity. This is a mandatory document and if you fail to provide it, the agent refuses to give you the car due to an invalid drivers license.
How long it takes to unblock the deposit?
There is a security deposit blocked on your credit card meanwhile the rental. It will be unblocked on the safe return of the car. In case of any damages caused during your car rental period, a certain amount can be discounted from your deposit. The amount of blocked security deposit may last up to 20 working days to appear back on your credit card. This process totally depends on the banks involved. If 20 days passed and you still not see the security deposit amount at your account we recommend contacting car rental agency direct.
